***Instrument and Controls Engineer - EPCM Detailed Design
Minimum Qualifications Degree – Chartered and advantage
Sector Semiconductor
Essential Experience At least 5 years as Instrument and Controls Engineer
Specification and technical requisition of various instrument types:
Flow, Pressure, Temperature and Analytical Transmitters. Diaphragm,
Control & Shut off valves.
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Position requires thorough knowledge of electrical design and
engineering techniques.
Deep knowledge of ISA, IEC, and EN Standards.
Experience in working as part of a team in schedule driven multiple discipline projects.
Semiconductor experience preferred. Biopharma, Pharma or Oil and Gas
an advantage.
Very good proactive communicator.
Key Activities
• Preparation of Instrument Datasheets to ISA-TR20.00.01
• Technical bid analysis of instrumentation bids
• I&C input into P&IDs
• Creation of Instrument Database from P&IDs
• Instrumentation wiring and hook up design
• Familiarity with industrial computer systems, motor control, PLCs and DCSs.
• Subcontact engineering package for I&C installation and testing works.
• Familiarity with industrial computer systems, motor control, PLCs and DCSs.
Familiar with the Design Workflow for Inter-discipline activities
• Process / Piping / Mechanical Packages / 3D model.
