THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Portugal.
The company is one of the largest multinationals world-wide. For several projects in Africa Installation Managers who has experience in the Food Industry. The projects will take at least 1 year.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the final stage of the projects you're responsible for the installation at the site. You In this role you are a strong allrounder with experience in mechanical engineering but also automation and E&I. You know how to manage projects and coach and train the supervisors to make sure there's progress in all installation activities and directly report this to the Project Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Directly reporting to the Project Manager
-Coaching and train supervisors
-Follow-up all installation activities
-Reporting and analysing processes
REQUIREMENTS
-Strong communication skills
-Teamplayer
-Highly experienced in (project) management (+10 years)
-Allrounder when it comes to engineering: experience with mechanical engineering but also automation and E&I
-Experience in the Food
-Fluently in Portuguese & English
