ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic professional to join our international team. The candidate must be solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving and have the ability to adopt to a changing environment, think big and start small, and thrive in a challenging environment. You will act as a brand ambassador ensuring that customers receive personal assistance in their own language at a consistently high level.

As an Inside Sales Representative you are the key contact person for customers and prospects. You ensure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately. You advise customers on product choice; process their orders and ensure the online delivery. You will also support the commercial team with other administrative, sales and marketing tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up all sales inquiries for International customers
- Manage all purchase orders and complaints for the entire product range
- Handling after sales issues
- Communicate and advise on technical and product related topics

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree (administration, economics, marketing, commerce, logistics)
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
• Background in administration, customer care, logistics
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and commercial assistance
• Structured, organised, solution oriented, creative
• Project management, organisational and planning skills
• Team player able to work autonomously
