Sopra Steria Poland, global provider of IT services and solutions, due to dynamic development of our business in Katowice, is running several recruitment projects. Especially we are looking for:
Infrastructure Support Analyst with French – 2nd line
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing 2nd line technical support for customer applications based on UNIX/LINUX
- Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting incidents/problems and crisis management regarding the customer infrastructure
- Creation, update and maintenance operational documentation and procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- UNIX/Linux (basic knowledge)
- good French
- good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
