Infrastructure Support Analyst with French 24/7
Main responsibilities
- Providing 2nd line technical support for customer applications based on UNIX/LINUX
- Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting incidents/problems and crisis management regarding the customer infrastructure
- Creation, update and maintenance operational documentation and procedures
Requirements:
- UNIX/Linux (basic knowledge)
- good French
- good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
