Job Tasks:

• Brand management and development
• Business development of new clients
• Strategic client relationship management of both existing and new clients
• To demonstrate leadership behaviours to peers other staff
• Strategic business planning and ownership of agreed targets and goals
• Leveraging existing clients to ensure cross selling opportunities across the company
• Technical contract negotiation

Requirements:

• Working across three markets; homeowners, commercial and infrastructure, the company works in all sectors with plans to grow significantly in the next 5 years.
• Experience from a main contractor and or commercial real estate services company (or a
• combination of both would be ideal)
• A civil engineering background would be advantageous and strong technical understanding
• of the market is essentialEnglish and Polish language skills
• Able to demonstrate the professionalism gained from working in a large well-respected company
• Proven track record of successful bid/proposal delivery with a sound understanding of commercial and contract terms
• Ability to contribute to sales training and development
• Ability to see the long-term opportunity for career development in a smaller more dynamic company with an innovative solution
• Experience of dealing with commercial real estate clients specifically
• Experience of site management and challenging technical project management would be an advantage
