- Providing 2nd line technical support for customer applications based on UNIX/LINUX
- Second line hardware, Linux/Unix/Windows application support,
- Management of major incidents,
- Sharing the responsibility for performance, reliability and optimization for assigned applications,
- Expertise and resolving detected production issues on Unix servers,
- Hardware issues analysis and coordination of hardware interventions,
- Creating procedures for first line support,
- Participation in status review meetings of assigned projects.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 6h00-20h00 (3 shifts) + on-call
Required skills:
