  • Management & Maintenance of Cisco CM platforms (2020 only)
  • Management & Maintenance of Alcatel technology

Technologies used:

  • UC equipment: Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel solution, Lenovo and SBC audio code
  • Using PEXIP - interoperability platform, to interconnect Cisco & Avaya devices (Support PEXIP for one year untilMS Teams is fully in place).
  • Technology will be MS Teams, AT&T infrastructure with Microsoft 365 Cloud integration with AT&T, SBC About
  • RUN services, the following activities are identified:
