Great opportunity to join world’s leading provider of medical supplies, Finance Shared Service Center in Wroclaw, on the position of Indirect Procurement Specialist.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include data management in SAP system (SRM), system testing activities, key-user trainings, customizing, implementing process procedures in the system, analysing and solving user requests (first level support) and coordinating tickets with IT department (second level support). You will be in charge of proper data maintenance and point of contact in case of suppliers’ problems and requests related to the purchasing process.
What you’ll need to be successful
To be successful on this position you need to speak very good English and Italian or French. Previous experience in SSC, dynamic environment will be strong asset but is not essential. A strong customer focus, problem solving and organization skills are essential to be successful on this position. Also, very high attention to details combined with proactive and positive attitude would be very beneficial.
