Implementation Manager in Customer service/sales department.

For our Client, one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry, are looking for candidates for the position of

Implementation Manger in Customer service/sales department.
The role will be focused on implementation of the global program aimed to raise customer satisfaction and cost- efficiency at dealers, by implementing new processes at Dealerships.


Qualifications and relevant experience of candidate:

-Working as a Teamleader / Project-Consultant / Auditor / Trainer and Coach
-Coaching and/or training experience w good communication and presentation skills
-Workshop experience
-Knowledge and experience from change management
-Possibility to travel in the market
-Project management experience
-Lean methodology knowledge
-Fluent in English
-Preferred degree in economics, management, engineering, foreign trade, business coach
-Computer skills, Microsoft basic Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Driver license
- knowledge of Swedish will be advantage
