Your new company
For our Client, international company that is opening new IT Center in Katowice, we are currently looking for IFS System Specialist who will become a part of a team of application specialists providing support to the Group across its application portfolio.
Your new role
Holding the role of IFS System Specialist you will support the migration to a new ERP product (IFS) from an SAP oriented landscape. You will be responsible for the configuration and technical administration of IFS during the migration and after providing on-going support to the business. The scope of your duties will include managing and preparing changes in accordance with development best practice and package them as deployable components. Also, you will be involved in the administration of other applications that interfaces to IFS. Additionally, you will support further development plans of IFS configurations and improvements. Moreover, you will support BI reporting architecture using MS SQL server 2017 and Power BI tools. You should be also up to date with IFS technology changes and future roadmaps to advise the Group on the impact of future changes to the functionality of the product.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you need to hold min. 2 years of previous experience with system configuration, administration, application support and development of complex IT products (preferably with IFS or different ERP system). Also, you need to hold university degree - Computer Science, Information Science or any other technology related field would be preferred. Additionally, your strong advantage would be Microsoft SQL databases, BI design and development skills. As IFS System Specialist, you should have knowledge and experience of general IT and be familiar with current technology developments.
