IFS Finance Consultant
Our Client's key project for is the implementation of a new IFS ERP solution which will support the future growth and direction of the group. Our Client is looking for enthusiastic business analyst experienced in IFS Finance Application 10 to join our Implementation and Support team. The roles can be based remotely with some time a week in our production site to deliver the global rollout of IFS and provide IFS support to the business.

Description
- Act as subject matter expert for the business process areas you will be responsible for
- Build relationship between business users, project team, external partners and contractors
- Promote best practice use of IFS and adopt a continuous improvement approach to ensure that IFS is aligned with current and future business requirements
- Participate in Design Workshops and work with cross-functional teams to ensure all IFS requirements and processes are documented and fit for purpose
- Help to create Solution Acceptance Test (SAT) Scripts and map back to each business requirement
- Perform and support testing; capture of results and follow up for any issues resolution
- Support Data migration activities and validation of data
- Deliver user training sessions and assist in the development of end user training documentation
- Provide front line user support and troubleshooting for all reported issues
- Ability to analyse and design end-to-end business processes
- Excellent communicator, multicultural, multilingual, influencer
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, any other European languages a bonus
- Collaborative spirit (team player)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a can-do attitude
- Prior experience of 2C8; ReqTest; and Clicklearn would be an advantage
Profile
- Excellent functional IFS Finance knowledge
- IFS ERP implementation experience, (version 9 or later) preferred. IFS Aurena experience a bonus
- Good working knowledge of IFS Administration tools and/or IFS Security and Roles a plus
- Innovative - able to suggest new processes and work with end users to improve efficiency and productivity
