For our client we are looking for I/C GLOBAL LEADER in new Business Service Centre based in Katowice.
Key Accountabilities:
- Verification and review the most important details of intercompany requests received
- Monitoring pending Intercompany the most important requests
- Check accruals for recurring transactions
- Monitoring, coaching and supporting team members to meet operational plans
- Initiating and implementing changes in processes
- Maintaining positive relations with suppliers, employees of other departments of the company
- Ensuring that appropriate processes, controls, policies and procedures are in place and comply with company standards
- Assure accurate reporting during month
- Ensure deadlines are meet
Experience required:
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Experience developing and implementing change plans
- Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and prioritize to focus on the most critical tasks
- Ability to use analytics to uncover insights, drive decision making and report results
- Executive presence and ability to work directly with senior leaders
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
