For our Client, international and globally recognised company establishing its Global Business Service Center in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Human Resources Team Leader.
Your new role
The job holder will lead the Human Resources operations team and will be responsible for ensuring proper service and quality in all human resources activities, supervising the day to day operational activities of the team and organising the team in order to provide seamless HR processes and services. Moreover, the role holder will set reasonable and motivating objectives and give guidance and keep the team focused on the plan. Other duties will include training in appropriate skills and developing people, briefing team members on the tasks, their role and accountable. Lastly, the role holder will delegate work to team members and provide support, create conditions to promote creativity and innovation and also recognise and reward performance.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess higher education degree within Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology, and over 5 years of professional experience within the Human Resources field. Moreover, fluent in English is a must as well as experience with Workday or other recruitment system and social media expertise. Furthermore, we are looking for a person with cultural sensitivity and awareness, with continuous improvement mindset as well as solution delivery orientation.
