Your new role
On this position you will be mainly responsible for leading recruitment processes (mainly for financial positions) and developing the most effective recruitment strategies to possess suitable candidates. Your everyday duties will include: candidates searching (direct search, networking, headhunting); preparing and posting job adverts; organizing and leading interviews; recommending best candidates to managers and providing smooth information flow about recruitment status; managing candidate database. You will be also responsible for market analysis, preparing ad hoc reports and presentations and introducing new solutions to improve recruitment processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven min. 2 years of professional experience in running recruitment processes independently for various positions and specializations will be essential. Strong interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills, attention to details and hands-on mentality will lead to your success. You need to be fluent in English and Polish to communicate easily with management and candidates. You need to have practical expertise in using recruitment and selection techniques. We will be more than happy to see that you are well organized, independent and motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
