You will lead the organization across different layers, preparing and leading them to fully step in the Human Resources model, reducing the Business Unit HR support by the end of the assignment.

For this role they are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for all Human Resources related strategies as well as change management to support the business. You will be a member of the leadership team and collaborate closely with the business leader.You will lead the organization across different layers, preparing and leading them to fully step in the Human Resources model, reducing the Business Unit HR support by the end of the assignment.
