HRS Advisor with Russian & English


Job Description

Responsibilities:

HR Services department provides support for Shell employees in different countries of Europe, Africa, South America and Russia regarding HR systems and processes.


You will be responsible for responding to queries on a range of HR matters from employees and undertaking the resolution of complex and not-ordinary cases.


Your will role include daily communication with employees, providing information and answering to requests related to HR systems and local HR processes like

  • compensation and benefits
  • HR administration
  • personal development
  • local transfers
  • working time administration


Requirements:

  • fluent English and Russian required
  • 1 year work experience preferred
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • good analytical skills
  • ability to manage several tasks at the same time
  • good PC skills (MS Office)
  • professional experience in customer service environment desirable
  • knowledge of SAP HR module or other ERP system will be an asset
