For our Client, an international company based in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for HRIS Specialist.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes. You will design and develop Workday modules. You will conduct tests, implement, maintain and enhance authorisation structure. You will assist inpreparation of proposals to develop new systems. You willconduct formal and informal training sessions regarding the HRIS.
To be successful in this role you need to have deep understanding of Workday system. You should be ready to take ownership and present “can do” attitude. The knowledge of various computerized information process flows and impact between the HRIS, Benefits, Human Resources and Payrollis required.
Knowledge ofHR, Benefit and Payroll laws, regulations, procedures, and operations will be an asset.
