HR Transition Manager

Job description:
- Perform process and activity analysis of HR departments in different countries globally
- Responsible to organize and conduct process mapping activities
- Participate in the communications with local Management F&A and act as first point of contact for local management on program related matters
- Responsible for comprehensive collection and documentation of all relevant process information on-site
- Plan knowledge transfer
- Lead knowledge transfer including risk assessment, reporting of progress, etc.
- Support and monitor stabilization phase

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a role in HR
- Experience in process mapping (handling of tools and templates)
- Experience in change management
- Ability to manage time and multiple commitments simultaneously
- Project management and implementation experience in a global organization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
