HR Support Team Leader with languages
Currently we are looking for HR Support Team Leader with English and Polish or French or Italian or Spanish. In this role you will be leading a team of experts that are dedicated to support employees from France, Italy or Spain in all HR related topics.

Our client is a big, well-know and global organization that has a significant impact on our health and science world. They are currently developing further their international structures in Poznań and building their new HR Hub therefore we are looking for HR Leaders to build processes with them.
Description
- Managing a team of HR Advisors (maximum 10 FTEs): motivating, coaching, setting goals and priorities, leading team meetings, developing team members, monitoring and distributing workload, participating in performance reviews
- Participating in process transformation in the company
- Leading process migration and supporting team members in the knowledge transfer
- Ensuring your team delivers against service level expectations and defined performance standards
- Implementing and driving process improvement activities
- Being an escalation point and resolving issues within a timely manner
- Participating in implementation of ServiceNow
- Coordinating compliance activities (global Data Audits, local legislative needs, protecting Data Privacy)
Profile
- Higher education
- Experience working in HR Support
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing a team in the area of HR or Customer Service
- Fluent English and French or Italian or Spanish
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems would be an asset
- Experience with process migration
- Excellent communication skills with customer service-based mindset
- Ability to lead and influence individuals in a team and keeping up a positive spirit
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
