HR Support Specialist with English and Italian
Currently, we are recruiting for the position of HR Support Specialist with English only or English and Italian or Spanish. In this role you will be responsible for supporting employees from the U.K. or Italy or Spain in all HR related topics.

Our client is a big, well-know and global organization that has a significant impact on our health and science world. They are currently developing further their international structures in Poznań and building their new HR Hub therefore we are looking for HR professionals to build new processes with them.
Description
- Advising all employees from the U.K., Italy or Spain on topic related to all HR lifecycle and guiding them through HR procedures, benefits, leave of absence or self-service usage
- Handing inquiries from employees via chat, email or phone
- Evaluating received queries, supporting the resolution of incoming cases and dispatching cases that require deep subject matter expertise to the responsible teams
- Participating in process migration from Italy
- Participating in process improvement projects
Profile
- Higher education
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluent English only or English and Italian or Spanish
- Knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems would be an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service-based mindset
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility and multitasking
