The HR Specialist will provide expertise and support for the full scope of the HR function including: employee trainings, employee engagement, communications, recruitment and selection.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the recruiting process, internal and external training, interviewing and selection, creating positive climate within the organization,
  • Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures and documentation,
  • Be the key contact to the management for questions regarding HR processes,
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to employees on all HR related issues.

 

  • Advance English communication skills, both written and spoken,
  • Bachelor/University Degree in an HR related field,
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in HR,
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization,
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Team orientation, collaborative working style,
  • Superior communication skills.
