Zadania / obowiązki:

  • Managing the administration of the HR department
  • Conducting end to end recruitment processes for various positions in organization;
  • Implementing and improving HR procedures: periodic assessment, adaptive programs, satisfaction survey;
  • Managing employee training, creating development paths, operating the training system;
  • Support in daily duties in HR Department.

Oczekiwania:

  • University degree or equivalent qualification in HR area;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in HR department;
  • Knowledge of English at B2 level;
  • Knowledge of regulations and labor law
  • Experience in performance management and budgeting processes;
  • Experience in managing training programs, employee’s benefits
  • Availability and commitment in carry out duties, team work skills and work under pressure skills;
  • Accuracy & details attention.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office;
