HR Specialist with German or Finnish - new SSC (m/f)

Our Client is Nordics, family owned manufacturing company with strong focus on responsibility, eco-friendly approaching with an international exposure. The company decided to set-up new investment and Shared Service Center in Wroclaw which is an integral part of parent business and support wide scope of operations.

A unique opportunity for HR Specialist with German or Finnish to join a growing Shared Services Center in Wroclaw and play a critical role in the organization and being responsible for developing and implementing HR processes.
Description
- Talent review: Manage individual development plans and providing Group-level summary
- Rotation, expatriate: support in practical arrangements, i.e. apartments for expatriates
- Base pay management: Gather internal and external reference data to support setting salary ranges, summarize salary increase proposals and send new salaries for payroll
- Support STI bonus management: Collect data, manage and distribute for STI forms,
- Target setting: Provide status summary of Group targets for Quarterly follow-up
- Introduction: Prepare introduction plans, schedule and organize introduction meetings/trainings, prepare/manage announcements and employer feedback surveys, report feedback survey results, manage training completion data
- Employer exit process support: Prepare job certificates
- Organizational data management: Maintain organization charts in HRIS
- Resource planning: Gather, consolidate, summarize and distribute data for personnel budgeting as well as maintain related forms and support in reporting
- Leadership and Competence development: Support HRD managers, distribute 360 forms and reports, summarize development needs, maintain training calendars and competence data in HRIS
- Recruitment: Prepare job descriptions, screen CVs and preselect candidates, manage communication with candidates and within recruitment process; book interviews
- HRIS system and data maintenance, prepare and validate HR reporting
- GDPR reporting
Profile
- University or bachelor's degree
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the field of human resources, preferably in a multinational environment and in similar positions covering key HR areas such as: Recruitment, Performance/ Talent Management, Learning & Development, HRIS and HR reporting
- Service mindset., "can-do" attitude
- Experience from shared services environment is appreciated
- Fluent English and German or Finnish
