Our Client is currently rapidly developing its Business Centre in Rzeszów. The main aim of this role is to support and facilitate this growth by providing an excellent HR service for local and remote managers and support local employees.
The successful Candidate will be a part of the HR team reporting directly to Business Center Manager. Responsibilities will include day-to-day operational HR support provided to employees and managers, running interviews, on-going and active contact with candidates;assisting with new hire and onboarding process, preparing HR analyses and reports and other HR related topics.
Ideal Candidate should have experience in similar role HR Specialist or Junior HR Professional, HR Administrator.Ability to effectively collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders; very good English and Polish.
