HR Specialist (m/f)
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting HR department. We are seeking for candidate that is opened for interim ( the contract is time-limited ) - 12 months. After this period there is a real chance of extending the contract.

Our client is a multinational company and a leader in chemical industry with manufacturing and distribution operations in Poland. As a result of growth within their organization, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of HR Specialist.
Description
- Maintain personnel files and other HR documentation in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
- Preparation and control of employment contracts and requested HR documents
- Respond to queries from employees in all matters related in HR area ( policies, payroll and benefits )
- Support recruitment processes, hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Candidate will be actively involved in ad-hoc HR projects and will provide administrative support to other HR team members
Profile
- 3+ years of experience as an independent specialist in HR area
- University degree
- Practical knowledge of labour law and payroll
- Excellent experience with HR and payroll systems
- Very good English ( written and spoken )
- Ability to multi-tasking, team working and communicate effectively with all levels of employees
