For our Client located in Cracow we are looking for HR Services Specialist
You will be first-level support to employees, former employees, managers, Human Resource Partners, and external customers in US/Canada region. Assistance in inquiry resolution and benefits enrollment.
HR Services Specialist will be in charge of support Annual Enrolment activity (enrol, review and correct duplicate records) in the company benefits programs including medical. Also handling Annual Enrollment inquires related to: how to use employee self- service, General annual enrollment questions, password reset, cooperate closely with US Benefits Team.
Working Hours during Annual Enrolment project: 14-22.
Start date: 1st September
If you speak English fluently (B2/C1 level) and if you have1 year in HR or Payroll, or in a call center environment this offer is for you!
