HR Quality Analyst
Currently, we are recruiting for the position of HR Quality Analyst. In this role you will be responsible for running improvement and optimization projects for HR processes.

Our client is a big, well-know and global organization that has a significant impact on our health and science world. They are currently developing further their international structures in Poznań and building their new HR Hub therefore we are looking for HR professionals to build new processes with them.
Description
- Ensuring high quality of HR operations
- Supporting HR teams in the quality monitoring to ensure adherence to processes, good customer service protocols, and the identification of potential risks
- Analyzing operational quality reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring appropriate metrics to provide oversight and insights to performance with an expectation of driving continuous improvement
- Reviewing internal/external data quality
- Maintaining quality standards and identifying improvement opportunities for how the Q&A service is delivered
- Coordinating adherence to Internal Control Framework for HR Services in Region
- Cooperating with HR leaders to identify performance trends with their staff at a team and individual level & to improve quality standards for the HR Hub
- Supporting team from the Quality Assurance Gap Assessment and Management Monitoring as well as Business and Crisis Continuity Plans and Monitoring
- Providing training for new members on Audit and Compliance and implement awareness within People Services Customer teams for Risk Management
- Supporting Internal and External Audits
Profile
- Higher education in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- Experience working in an HR SSC in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with deadlines in in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Strong independence and attention to details
- Process improvement mindset
