Your new company
For our Client, an international leading Provider of Aviation MRO services, we are currently searching for an experienced HR Project Manager, who will join its structure for at least 5 months to a new global office based in Wroclaw.
Your new role
Being a Head of HR Team (consisting of 3 members: Recruitment Specialist, Training Specialist and Administrative Specialist) you will be responsible for creating new HR strategy for the company for the next couple of months. You will be in charge of monitoring all recruitment processes (company is hiring up to 25 people monthly), provide HR care to line managers and discuss their current needs, creating learning and developing plans for the employees, remuneration schemes; preparing and updating of business offers and plans liaise with the supervisory board. Moreover, you will build employees loyalty and increase their satisfaction. The responsibilities will also involve supervising transition of IT processes from the centre of the company located in Germany.
What you’llneedto succeed
Our Client is seeking a person who has at least 5 years of experience gained as a Project Manager or on similar position from HR field. Perfect candidate possesses excellent communication skills (both oral and written English on C1 level is a must), strong sense of responsibility, strong commitment to excellent services and customer-oriented focus. Working on this position you should demonstrate ability to take own initiative and create new solutions as well as further plans for the company growth.
