Your new role
The HR Project Coordinator who will support Head of People Services & HR Transformation EMEA in HR related projects within EMEA organisation as well as in HR Transformation project.
Team requires coordination, fast execution and proper capabilities to deliver on time high quality of service and support.
More importantly you will have the following responsibilities:
▪ Provides direct support for design, planning and execution of HR projects, programs and initiatives.
▪ Works closely with the internal teams and managers.
▪ Coordinates stakeholders with the intention to optimize solutions.
▪ Provides End to End leadership for assigned projects, programmes, and initiatives.
▪ Provides execution of plans and tracking of progress against them.
▪ Arranges and host briefings, sign - offs and kick - offs for assigned projects, programmes, and initiatives.
▪ Provides adequate communication to senior stakeholders, sponsors and impacted employees.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you must have excellent communication skills, understand the needs of people and business, and be well organized. We are looking for a creative person who is able to manage projects and give ideas. The HR Project Coordinator should be able to work independently but also be focused on the team, he should have the courage to communicate with the Management Board on various matters. We expect fluent English in this position.
