For our Client, an international company, we’re currently looking for “HR Operations Team Lead”

Location: Wrocław

Key Responsibilities:

- In the initial phase of employment acting as the transition coordinator cooperating closely with retained organization and business center in Wrocław.
- Managing daily HR Operations for the assigned area.
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of assigned area of operations.
- Leading the Team towards achieving and exceeding performance and quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements (SLAs/KPIs).
- Driving initiatives for improving the efficiency and / or effectiveness of the HR Operations.
- Maintaining and keeping the HR procedures updated.
 - Supporting and developing the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews.
- Assuring effective task and workload split within supervised team.
- Building relationships with partnering Business Center Teams, Corporate Functions and Local Organizations from supported countries. Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum bachelor degree in business related studies.
- Typically 3-5 years of leadership experience, preferably in HR Operations.
- Experience in process transition will be a major advantage
 - Fluent English (oral and written skills).
- Communicative German/French (B2 preferred).
- Experience in working in a business center, within complex, large volume environment. Behavioral

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.

Professional Competencies:
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external business center customers in an effective manner.
