Description
Administration employee lifecycle and performing activities in HR systems (hirings, job changes, terminations, etc.)
Delivering day-to-day HR services, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers
Preparation of reports on HR and Payroll data
Mandatory HR documentation execution
Working closely with internal stakeholders
Supporting continuous improvement of the HR processes
Profile
Higher degree with preference on Human Resources
Experience in HR Services in SSC/BPO environment
English - at least B2 level is a must (another European language is welcome)
Analytical and organizational skills
Client approach and open mind for learning new things
