HR Manager

This job's purpose is to be the HR Business partner for all sites in scope and coordinate activities within the HR network where applicable, focused on analyzing, advising and implementing aligned integrated solutions, in order to contribute to efficient and effective business processes.

Description

  • Co-lead development and implementation of human resources strategy for site teams with a focus on reaching site targets: continuous improvement, performance management, strategic workforce planning, talent development
  • Act as a catalyst for sustained operational excellence performance and ensure that corporate and country HR strategies and plans are translated into concrete actions and tangible results
  • Run Talent Management initiatives in the site; Talent Development Programs rotational development, matching of vacancies with internal candidates, succession planning consolidation for critical roles
  • Coach leaders and people managers
  • Directly responsible for all labour relations
  • Partner with the HR network in the co-development and implementation of HR programs and tools that attract, retain, develop and engage relevant workforce
  • Partner with leaders to drive a value-based culture and excellent safety culture
  • Change management

  • Define, plan, manage and co-ordinate assigned (portfolio of) projects and ensure execution and delivery

Profile

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Strong experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (Talent management, recruitment, HR operations, payroll, Strategic workforce planning, Change management and employee relations; performance management; leadership development; etc.)
  • Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items
  • Have an inclusive mindset and ability to flex and adapt style as needed
  • Previous talent management and succession planning experience preferred
  • Proven ability to influence decision making
  • Courage to make tough decisions and deliver difficult messages with professionalism and poise
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations
  • Strong expertise in developing solutions based upon facts/data analytics
  • Consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with all levels including executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be a confident communicator, able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
  • Language fluent in Polish & English
