HR Manager
Hired candidate will be responsible for holistic HR management of local business support structures and assigned projects (ongoing and future opportunities). Ideal candidate should have relevant experience in similar role or high leadership potential with profound HR management background.

Description
- Lead and drive HR projects broader than own country which reduce cost and drive quality
- Provide coaching, mentoring to leadership team - identify and discuss development gaps within the team
- Be a proactive member of the HR extended leadership team and be trusted advisor to Senior stakeholders
- Establish yourself as the expert on all HR matters, advising, coaching and guiding the local leadership team ensuring that values are understood and adopted
- Lead, manage, motivate and develop the local HR team
- Understand business change and the possible people implications, appreciate the big picture and the impact of decisions across company
- Support Group initiatives, processes and tools, provide input and feedback and ultimately drive delivery & adoption within Country
- Define local HR polices, implementation of Group & local policies and communication of changes as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, governance and regulatory reporting
Profile
- Experience in leading HR projects in complex and international business environment
- Knowledge and relevant experience in HR management with focus on leadership and supporting systems (ATS, payroll, L&D, etc.)
- Relevant HR educational background
- Proactive approach and urge to deliver recommendations and insights to business partners
- Proven experience in change management
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced command of English is a must
