For our client from the manufacturing industry located near Poznan we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Manager
Main areas of responsibility:
- Manage and oversee the Human Resources functions
- Development, implementation, maintenance and application of HR policy and procedure, complying with Polish legislation and company policy
- support business managers in all aspects of Human Resources including employment law, employee relations, discipline, grievance, attendance management etc.
- Responsible for performance appraisal processes, identification of training needs, development of training solutions and sourcing of providers
- Responsible for all recruitment and retention issue, including job evaluation, suitable recruitment methods, interview selection, contracts of employment, induction, retention, succession planning etc.
- Responsible for management in maintenance of all personnel records; ensure administration of all salaries and benefits, notifying payroll of changes on weekly/monthly basis
- Participate in salary negotiations and complete any resulting actions, ensuring communication and completion in a timely manner
- Prepare and present HR sections of monthly communication
Candidate's profile:
- University degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Perennial experience in working in the HR department of a fast paced manufacturing / industrial sector 5+ years at a managerial position
- Leadership experience
- Native speaker in Polish, fluently speaking and writing in English
- Accuracy, result orientation, high social competence, team orientation, initiative, self-motivation and flexibility
