For our Client –international, company we are currently looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of HR Manager.
Your new role
The key responsibilities include managing the HR function including recruiting, developing and evaluating team members, ensuring compliance with current labor law regulations and performing tasks related to their application and control. Moreover, you will be responsible for assisting in the review and assessment of employment practices and procedures for effectiveness and compliance, working with managers and HR colleagues to identify individual and team business related training needs, assisting in the development, implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a relevant University degree and have relevant working experience of at least few years, preferably in Human Resources with good knowledge of labor law. Moreover ability to build partner business relationships and excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
