For our Client – IT company (new StartUp) in PoznaÅ„, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of HR Manager.
Your new role
The HR manager is an independent specialist who will be responsible for the implementation of personnel policy and HR procedures, supervision over the proper application of labor laws, social security and personnel documentation (regulations, orders, contracts, etc.). Moreover, the specialist will be planning and leading HR processes including recruitment, adaptation and trainings of employees, development, talent assessment, and benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a University degree in related field and will have over few years of experience in related position. Experience in leading recruitments and trainings projects,solid MS Office skills are required.Fluent English and Polish is a must.
