Your new role
The HR manager is an independent specialist who will be responsible for the implementation of personnel policy and HR procedures, supervision over the proper application of labour laws, social security and personnel documentation (regulations, orders, contracts, etc.). Moreover, the specialist will be planning and leading HR processes including recruitment, adaptation and trainings of employees, development, satisfaction surveys, cooperation with employment agencies and payroll outsourcing companies.

Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- University degree, preferable in HR or related field.
- Work experience in HR coordinating role.
- Experience in leading recruitments and trainings projects.
- Experience practicing HR in a manufacturing or distribution environment including employee satisfaction, health and safety programs, regulation of high absenteeism among production workers.
- Practical knowledge of labour law and social security.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills.
- Negotiation skills.
