Currently we are supporting new greenfield project in Wrocław area.
For our Client, international production company, who is about to establish new production site, we are looking for HR Manager who will be a key person engage in building new organisation.

The main goal of the position will be to work with the Project Manager of the new plant construction project and the Plant Manager aiming at building the new organization structures from scratch. The future HR Manager will be one of the key people next to the Plant Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development of the plant. The person employed in this position will be responsible for all legal issues, Payroll and recruitment and training of new employees.

As an ideal candidate, you have a good academic education and min. 5 years of relevant experience as HR Manager in production company. Understanding of production processes like machining, welding, painting or assembly process would be beneficial. Excellent knowledge of English and Polish; very good knowledge of MS office, profound expertise in Labour Law are highly required.
