Your new company
For our Client global, fast-growing production company located in Gliwice, we are looking HR Manager with experience in greenfield area.

Your new role
As an HR Manager you will develop and lead a recently created HR function at a greenfield new production facility, including setting up all HR systems, polices and structures. A key aspect of the role is to organise effective recruitment and training of the new site team in Gliwice. Main scope of responsibilities is included: manage a direct team of 6 HR Professionals, full accountability for HR Department budget, direct control and responsibility for one year people plan for the site and develop 3 year's plan with total employee headcount within area of responsibility of circa 400 employees. The role is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate people plans and organisational structures in order to achieve strategic business objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you need to have min.10 years of HR experience and at least 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager, university degree in HR, or related and great knowledge of Polish labour law.
Very good command of English and Polish and working independently with strong problem solving and good communication skills are also highly required.
