Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for all aspects of HR management for the plant. You will report directly to the Plant Manager and HR Global Director. The main responsibilities on that position will include developing and implementing HR policies; employee engagement strategies; implementation of efficient strategy for staffing, recruiting and career management. You will be responsible for developing company communications processes at all levels; coaching and developing the leadership team to maximize organizational effectiveness; developing and maintaining HR information systems; ensuring all employees understand and comply with the Work Regulations. In close cooperation with managers and the team you will focus on continuous improvement of the company and educate internal stakeholders on regulation changes and associated business impact.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous significant HR experience within an industrial environment and broad business knowledge will lead to your success. Being flexible, hands-on person with strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation in both Polish and English is a must. We will be happy to see that you are proactive, self-motivated person who is not afraid of new professional challenges.
