HR Generalist

For our international Client- well- known manufacturing company located in Gliwice we are looking for experienced HR Generalist.

In this role you will be cooperating closely with HR Manager and other Hiring Managers building the HR strategy and policy, taking and answering questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, preparing a variety of reports including to human resource management programs and activities. You will be also responsible for all tasks connected with "soft" HR like: recruitment, trainings, people- development, employer branding activities, cooperation with external recruitment companies. To be successful in this role you have to also have experience and knowledge within administration and payroll (cooperation with Payroll Department).

The perfect candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience within this role, bachelor degree is a must (master degree in HR, Psychology preferred). Having experience for manufacturing companies will be an advantage. We are looking for motivated and involved Candidates who love working with people, are open- minded and business oriented.
