Your responsibilities
  • Provide advisory across the whole employee lifecycle and guide our employees regarding topics such as HR procedures, benefits, leave of absence or self-service usage;
  • Provide HR administrative services including preparation of HR documents;
  • Maintain HR Data and Transactions in Workday or other related HR Systems;
  • Be the first point of contact for queries coming from employees via cases (ServiceNow), live chat, email or phone and provide end-to-end navigation support;
  • Identify customer needs, clarify every issue, give timely updates and provide final solutions;
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to ensure high accuracy of resolutions and customer satisfaction;
  • Dispatch cases to the responsible teams
Our requirements
  • Min. 1 year of experience in a similar or close role in Customer Support and/or HR areas;
  • Fluent German and communicative English languages;
  • Experience in HR Operations or Shared Services or Customer Support - would be an asset;
  • Good knowledge and practice in using MS Office;
  • Practical knowledge of work for German speaking markets
