For our client, an international provider of Human Resources services, we are currently looking for candidates to fill the HR Customer Service Specialist position with fluency in English and French or German or Czech or Dutch as a second language.
Successful Candidateswill be responsible for handling incoming queries and delivering solutions to the client’s employees within Human Resources related issues. You will also provide additional support and information via inbound and outbound calls and e-mails.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of English as well as one of the following languages: French, German, Czech or Dutch.We are looking for Candidates with experience in Customer Service. Strong MS Office, organization and problem solving skills are required. If you have already worked in Call Centre or Benefits Administration, it would be an advantage.
