HR Business Partner
For our Client- international manufacturing company we are looking for HR Business Partner position.

Our Client is modern, manufacturing organisation based near Wrocław.
Description
- Supporting managers in applying company policies, ensuring alignment to rules and law aspects.
- Developing workforce strategies into an actionable people strategy,
- Developing and building the leadership pipeline in the talent management process,
- Supporting and implementing personal and organisational changes within the organisation,
- Cooperation with the HR administration and the payroll,
- Ensuring the proper applying of the contractual and law norms and of the company procedures in terms of administration matters and staff managing,
- Being a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders,
Profile
- University degree, postgraduate in Human Resources,
- At least 4 years of experience in HR gained in the production environment,
- Very good knowledge of English,
- Knowledge of best practices in HR area (training and development, assessments and planning, compensations and benefits policies, budgeting,
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish immediately the necessary credibility through all the levels of the organisation.
