For our Client – international, production company we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of an HR Business Partner.
Your new role
The key responsibilities include providing pro-active advice and solutions to business, supporting managers and team leads in building capabilities & driving organizational effectiveness, sharing best practices with HR processes, participating in the implementation of business objectives through needs analysis, design and implementation of solutions to improve the current situation. Moreover, you will be responsible for planning and implementation of activities in the area of employee training and development, supporting in running recruitment projects, building and implementing tools that ensure the correct implementation of the employee.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will hold a relevant University degree and have relevant working experience of at least 3 years, preferably in Human Resources with good knowledge of labor law. Moreover ability to build partner business relationships and excellent communication skills will be required. Fluency in English - written and spoken is a must.
