A Shared Service Centre of an international, prestigious organization based in Poznań is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a team of professionals.
Your new role
Your new responsibilities will include providing pro-active advice and solutions to business with a special focus to finance function and coordinating the talent & performance management agenda. Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting managers and team leads in building capabilities & driving organizational effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate will have a relevant University Degree, preferably in HR, min. 5 years of working experience in HR area. Experience in SSC/BPO environment will be an asset. You should also have fluent English, MS Office and have a knowledge regarding labor law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
