Currently for our Client, global company from automotive sector we are looking for Candidates interested in HR Business Partner position.
Your new role
HR Business Partner will be involved in project implementation: to drive implementation of the organisation HR plan. HR BP would be responsible forongoing Business, unit Management support: to provide leadership on the people aspects of business plans and provide solutions to the business management on people and organisational issues. Active participation in strategic HR projects: to ensure the right capabilities for the future by implementing the Group and HR processes, tools and policies while supporting Line Managers in the Plant. Employee engagement: to support managers to engage their employees around the values, strategy and objectives of the business. Talent management and Succession planning: to identify and prepare development plans for employees, analyse training needs, learning and development projects, performance management. Ensuring legal compliance of all internal processes.
What you'll need to succeed
Suitable candidates for this role obtain university degree in HR, Business or related, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, experience in operating in fast changing international environment, being capable of managing both strategic and operational HR matters to support the business needs, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, fluent level of English, motivation and coaching skills.
