For our international client located in DÄ...browa Górnicza we are looking HR Business Partner.

In this role you will be responsible for: Perform a wide variety of administrative and office support duties in the Human Resources Division, Provide HR related services; take and answer questions from employees and the general public regarding human resources issues, prepare a variety of reports including to human resource management programs and activities, Plan and coordinate recruitment and examinations; prepare job announcements and advertisement, notify candidates of application/employment status; prepare certification lists, Maintain eligible candidate lists, Maintain personnel records ensuring timely and accurate records, Explain employment benefits and general terms and conditions of employment to employees and department representatives, conduct initial new employee orientation for purposes of ensuring appropriate completion of payroll and benefits documentation.
Other activities will run on: Keeping track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees; verifying attendance, hours worked, pay adjustments and post information onto designated records, processing paperwork and payroll for new employees; review time sheets, performing employee benefit programs, conducting exit interviews, researching, compiling and analyzing data for personnel and reports.

The perfect candidate should have: 3 years of experience, bachelor degree is a must (master degree in HR, Psychology preferred), labor relations and shift employee management (payroll processing) experience required, Proficiency in written and spoken English and Polish (Knowledge of Korean will be an asset), knowledge of GDPR and labour laws, Proofreading and editing draft reports or correspondence for errors in grammar or structure.
