For our client, international, well-known production company, we are looking for candidates for a role: HR Business Partner.
Your new role
Person hired on this position will be responsible for providing HR advice for plant and support managers and business leaders to develop company culture. Moreover, he/she will be responsible for leading the HR team; selection, recruitmentand onboarding of employees, developing local HR strategies, leading and participating in HR projects.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful candidate should have a relevant University Degree and min. 5 years of previous work experience in HR area (preferred production sector). Fluent English and good knowledge and understanding of labour law law. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
